God’s Mighty Power
1Cor 2:4-5
My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on men’s wisdom, but on God’s power.
If you desire to have God’s power demonstrated through your life then total surrender is the price for it. A good place to start dying to your desires; is spending much time in prayer, worship, and study of the word. You will be amazed at what God will begin to do.
As we continue to draw closer to the Lord on a daily basis the power of God starts flowing through our lives in great ways. All the Lord is looking for is yielded people who will love him with all of their hearts. When this combination is in effect, you will see an increase in supernatural things happening in your life and in the people around you.
We hear about God’s power and greatness to help us when we lose our job, when our health falters, when we go through a painful divorce or when our dreams are smashed. Yet, the main question we can ask ourselves is, “How do I rely on His power?”

The answer lies within this verse: “And what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power” (Ephesians 1:19).

According to Paul, we rely on God’s power to work in us by faith. As Christ-followers, our hope is greater than we know because Christ resides in us. That means you and I have Divine greatness in us. Those who believe in Him experience the wonder of His power.
So, instead of doubting what you think God can’t or won’t do, start believing in what He can do! It’s made a great difference in my life.
So, what is it that you need? Ask Him in faith and God will supply the power.

God Bless
